i.     To confirm a booking an invoice for 20% of the booking fee is created using your correct name and address.  Payment of this deposit, confirms your booking.

ii.     1 month before arrival, the balance of payment is due.  This balance includes a $1,000 refundable (within 2 weeks of departure) bond.

iii.     An email Introduction will be made to the Manager of Apartment 16, who will arrange a handover on arrival and can answer any questions you may have.

iv.     No more than 6 guests allowed.

v.     Minimum number of nights is 5 due to high cost of cleaning the apartment

vi.     There is one parking space, but a second can be made available on request

vii.     Linen is provided and there is weekly cleaning if guest stays more than a week

viii.    Functions and parties are strictly forbidden

ix.     Smoking is not allowed

x.     Pets are not allowed

xi.     Disabled access is provided (lift)

xii.     Super High speed Wi-Fi provided
