Apartment 16 is proudly New Zealand owned and operated, and as such we are playing our part in uniting against Covid 19. 

 

We are operating safely and in accordance with the Ministry of Health guidelines. This means we have a contactless check in process, and we use high-grade, NZ made cleaning products to execute a deep clean after each stay and keep all our guests safe. QR codes are present throughout the building.

Further to this, we have also introduced a new Covid-19 cancellation policy that takes into account national Covid Alert Levels. Please rest assured that if you do book a stay with us and a move back to a higher Alert Level means you can no longer make your way to Auckland, we will postpone or refund your stay.
